Sharona – a Moshav in the east lower galilee (located on RT. 767 between Kfar Tavor and the sea of Galilee)
130 families live in Sharona (approximately)
Some of the residents make a living growing livestock or various agricultural crops, for instance, fruit orchards. Others work as professionals or in the fields of tourism, art, etc
Sharona was established in 1913 as an agricultural farm by Jewish immigrants but deserted in the 1920s. The moshav was rebuilt in 1938 in the Tower and stockade settlement method, by Jewish immigrants mostly from Poland
In the past 10 years Sharona is growing and young families are joining every year.
